She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Harper; her children, Floyd Harper (Fern McNalty) and Sharon Harper; her parents, Bertha Matheson (Morden) and Norman Matheson; her granddaughter Lana Vermaire; and her great grandchild David Brush.

She is survived by: her children, Douglas Harper (Elaine) of Mildmay, Mildred Harper of Barrie, Linda Anne Harper-Porter (late Rob Porter) of Gore Bay and Lorna James (Gary) of Silver Water; her siblings-in-law, Merle Haaksman-Mills (late Delbert Mills), Edith Clark (late Jim) and Dale Harper (late Nancy); her siblings, Vera Falls (Arden), Anne Hopkins (Murray), Rhea, Irving, Charlie Matheson (Myrtle) and Matt Matheson (Ollie); her parents-in-law, Lenora, Bill Gardiner, Wilda, Len Montgomery, Annie, Bun Williton, Ellis Harper and Russell Harper (Velma); and also Stella Baxter (Ivan).

Due to covid restriction there will be no funeral service at this time.
