He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Propper and Irma Stackhouse. He is survived by: his children, Sherri, Dave Fitch, Darryl, Mandie Propper and Darren Propper; his grandchildren, Teagan, Ryan, Riley, Brody and Breanne; his siblings, David (Debbie Propper) and Cindy Kelley; and also Susan.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the animal shelter of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
