She was predeceased by: her spouse Michael Jakielaszek; and her son Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Terry Neisen (Chuck) of Waterloo, Barbara Bohemfeld (Fred) of Caledonia and Rick (Elsa) of St. Williams; her grandchildren, Jaime, Christian, Beau, Damon, Dalton and Dana; and her great grandchildren, Candice, James and Roenick.
