She is survived by: her children, Linda Crossley, Sandra Kotanko (Craig Nakatsu), Robert Kotanko (Kim), Karen Kotanko (late Tim Nakatsu) and Nicole Veness (Evan); her grandchildren, Jenna, Ben, Sam, Alex, Presley and Sheen; her great grandchildren, Landon, Pierson and Howie; and her sibling Jean Cowan.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jason Smith Funeral Chapel (689 Norfolk St N, Simcoe, ON N3Y3R3). A prayer was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the same location.
