He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ken and Lucy Halyk. He is survived by: his children, Kennedy and Carson; the mother of his children Melisa; his parents, Ray Chambers and Annamarie Chambers; his sister Kaitlyn Chambers (Marc Labelle); his nieces and nephews, Meredith, Clovianne and Nolan Chambers (Jenn Gander); and his grandmother Laurraine Chambers (late Allan Chambers). He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
