She is survived by: her husband John Weekes; her children, Shelia Braund (Percy) and Terrilyn Moore; her grandchildren, Stephen, Brittney (Kris), Chelsea, Dustin (Sarah) and Taylor; her great grandchildren, Kaydence, Tyler, Torren, Adelaide and Brooks; and her siblings, Cathy (Gary), Stephen, Keith (Hazel), Ken and Lori (Dan). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 53 Water St, Simcoe, ON N3Y1P8.

As expressions of sympathy donations in Carolyn's memory may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association.
