He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Gladys; his child Kimberly Culley (Alex); his grandchild Lily Culley; his parent Ruth Fraser; and his sibling Joan Nieuwenhuyzen. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
