He is survived by : his spouse Lily Anne; his child Jason (Kim); his grandchildren, Kyle and Kara; his brothers, Reginald (Trudy) and Edwin (Kay); and his siblings-in-law, Olga Schweitzer and William Polischuk (Janis).
