She is survived by: her children, Courtney Stewart and Cory Stewart (Erin); her parents, Ahneta Hayes (Doug Lampkin) and Julien Heulens (Rose); and her siblings, Judy Weller (Jeff), Leona Ashley (Rick) and Ian Heulens (Karen). She is also survived by her grandparents, aunts, uncles.
