He is survived by: his former wife Carol; his child Lauren (Darryl); his former wife Debbie; his children, Calder (Melanie), Malcolm (Melissa) and Sam (Brittany); his siblings, Peter and Kim (Sharon); and his close friend Mike Jackson.
