He was predeceased by: his spouse Donna Bennett; his parents, Arthur Bennett and May Bennett; and his siblings, Noreen Bryson, Dorothy Reid, Dolly McAvoy and Edward Bennett.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Bennett (Shirley Valstar), Larry Bennett (Nancy Burton) of Tweed, Marion Noon (Paul) of Hamilton, Jayne Barr (Ron) of Windham Centre, David Bennett (Conni Banfield) of Jarvis and Michael Bennett (Nancy) of New York; and his significant other Ina Blois of Windham Centre. He is also survived by many grandchildren & great grandchildren.
