It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Rae Watt (Simcoe, Ontario), who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George Watt; her parents, William Gaines and Florence Gaines (Simpson); her brothers, Chester Gaines (Sarah) and Russell Gaines (Inez); and her granddaughter Madeleine Paterson-Watt.
She is survived by: her children, Bill (Joan), Dave (Yanilis), Gord (Mary), Mary Lehto (Adam), Bob Paterson-Watt (MJ) and Doug (Eden); her sister Mary Kunstman (Earl); her grandchildren, Ken (Lisa), Raeann, Mike (Amanda), Lisayda (Brandon), Christian, Trevor (Breanna), James, David, Dave Lehto (Nora), Erin Lehto (Aidan), Zoe Paterson-Watt, Genevieve Paterson-Watt, Jordan, Perry (Katie) and Tyler (Robyn); her great grandchildren, Dillon, Alexis, Ruby, Onyx, Kolbi, Connor, Cohen and Charlotte; her nieces, Connie Shannon and Cheryl Gaines; and her nephew Mark Kunstman. She is also survived by other family members and many friends.
