He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bill Darlington (late Adeline), Elsie Darlington and Dorothy Kusch (late Patrick). He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth "Liz" Darlington (Ripski); his children, Laurie Thomson (Marc), Sandra Mattan (Darrell) and Steven Darlington (Janette); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Craig), Johanna (Bill), Victoria (Kyle) and Andrew (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Jaden, Jaxon, Kaleb, Kaden, Kyler, Kwynn and Aylvia; his siblings, Joyce Owen (late Arthur), Sally Botzang (late Frank) and Barbara Rauscher (Kurt); and his close friend Bob Wardell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
