She was predeceased by: her husband William Polischuk; and her brothers, Bob Chivers and John Chivers. She is survived by: her children, Susan Blum (Roger) of Saskatoon, Sharon Polischuk (John Graham) of Toronto and Bradley Polischuk (Melissa) of Huntsville; her grandchildren, Erica, Eva and Haven (Colby); and her pet Ryder. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
