She was predeceased by: her husbands, George Buckle and Frederick Stewart; her son Duncan (Cathy); her granddaughter Amy; her child Donnie Buckle; and her siblings, Donald Dunkin (late Lela), Charles Dunkin (late Donna) and Laurence Dunkin.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Buckle (Josephine) and Carolyn McVey (late Paul); her stepchildren, Diane Ebert (late Ron), Linda Slote (Jerry) and Mark Stewart (late Carole-Le); her sister Isabel Moore (late Bill); and her sister-in-law Ursula Dunkin. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. John's Anglican Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Haldimand Norfolk Alzheimer's Association, Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice, or the St. John's Cemetery Board would be appreciated.
