He was predeceased by: his daughters, Colleen Kelly and Mary Claire Kelly; and his siblings, Leonard "Red" Kelly, Francis Erickson, Laureen Montaque and Helen Dubniczky.
He is survived by: his daughters, Maureen Smith of Simcoe and Sharon Kelly (David Smith) of Bayfield; his grandchildren, Spencer Misner, Connor Smith and Jordan Smith; and his sister-in-law Andra Kelly of Toronto. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Those wishing to donate in memory of Joe are asked to consider the Alzheimer's Society of Haldimand-Norfolk or the Parkinson's Society of South Western Ontario.
