It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Linda Leigh Kozak of Simcoe, Ontario, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Bob Kozak; her son Rob Kozak; her grandchildren, Godwin and Gregory; and her siblings, Don, Evelyn and Shirley.

She is survived by : her child Kim Kozak; and her sister Donna Milmine. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

If so desired, donations may be made in Linda's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Diabetes association.
