She was predeceased by: her husbands, Fred Bigelow and Edward Margetan; her daughter Susan Yeo; and her siblings, Peter Pos (late Marie), Jack Pos (late Daisy), Ede Pos, John Pos (late Bernice) and Peggy Tisdale (late Paul).
She is survived by: her children, Mike Margetan (Marilyn), Betty Margetan (Charlie), Shirley Forbes, Donna Nagy (Joe) and Sherry Margetan (Ross); and her stepsons, John Bigelow (Elaine) and David Bigelow (Helen). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
If so desired, donations may be made in Margaret's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, Alzheimer's Society or a charity of one's choice.
