She was predeceased by: her parents, Jocelyn Symons and Rev. Rex Symons; and her brothers, Denys and Peter. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Hague; her sons, Aaron, Wesley and Ian; and her siblings, Jocelyn Scott and Andrew Symons.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Luke's Anglican Church (508551 ON-89, Rosemont, ON L0N1R0).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St. Luke's Anglican Church would be appreciated.
