She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Shortt; her parents, Hugh MacIsaac and Mary Jessie MacIsaac; and her siblings, John MacIsaac, Joe MacIsaac, Alec MacIsaac, Dan MacIsaac, Duncan MacIsaac, Lena Worth, Nan Peterson and Hughina Blakely.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Shortt, Nancy Weaver, Susan Bolton (Randy), Rodney Shortt (Michelle), Daphne Shortt (Tom) and Jennifer Storm.
