We are sad to announce that, on December 22, 2025, at the age of 92, Margaret Somerville (Simcoe, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Smatana and Margaret Smatana; and her brothers, Victor and Walter. She is survived by: her sisters, Helen Gauld and Joyce Kovacs; her daughter Ruth Ann (Rudi) Atkinson (James Kristof); her grandchildren, Kelsey (Dave) and Tasha (Ian); her great grandchildren, Quinn, Silas, Alfie and Morley; and her close friend Hank Brodie.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to either the War Amps or Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise would be appreciated.
