She was predeceased by: her spouse Walter Bouk; her parents, Arthur Lucas and Laurintha Lucas (Fick); and her siblings, Murray (Fern), Morley (Eva), Melbourne Lucas (Edna), Myrtle Stevens, Mildred Torrance and Muriel Carl (Bill).

She is survived by: her children, Barbara (Ken Whitby) of London, Michael (Deborah) of Guelph and Winston of Brownsville; her grandchildren, Tony, Troy, Tracey, Tanya and Ginger; her great grandchildren, Adrian, Nicholas, Cooper, Logan, Bailey and Whitney; and her sister Madeline Raymond (late Cleo) of Simcoe.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's Society (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family.
