She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Reginald Tozer and Winifred Mary Tozer (McCarthy); her brother Giles; and her sons, Gregory John and Julian Vincent.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest William; her daughters, Colleen Louise of Moncton, NB and Moira Mary of Halifax, NS; and her brother Martyn Tozer.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Cecilia's Catholic Church (3 Lynn Park Ave, Port Dover, ON N0A1N5). A burial will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Port Dover Cemetery (309 Blueline Rd, Norfolk, ON N0A1N2).
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to do so may make a contribution, in Cordelia's memory, to the Alzheimer Society of Ontario.
