He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his daughter Andrea Kotekar (Adrian); his grandchildren, Jamie Kotekar, Aaron Kotekar and Jasper Kotekar; and his siblings, Lynne Meyers (Lloyd), Ian Amos (Carolyn), Bernie Amos (Karen), Gerry Amos (Elaine), Meredith Robertson, Joshua Rush and Aiden Rush.
