She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry Kozicki; her parents, Burns MacDonald and Hazel MacDonald; her nephew Alex; and her siblings-in-law, Olga Miles, Helen Taylor, Adeline Darlington, Betty Marinuk, Denise Heaslip and Donnie Kozicki.

She is survived by: her children, Leanne Baele, Rick Baele, Todd Kozicki, Melonie Kozicki, Gramma, Brianna, Isaac, Jeremy and Noah; her siblings, Linda Hofgraff, John Hofgraff, Trudy Hiltz, Brent MacDonald and Linda MacDonald; and her sisters-in-law, Fran Finch and Peggy Kozicki. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
