It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Norman Chipman (Simcoe, Ontario), who passed away on January 18, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Chipman; and his siblings, Mary Pollett, Alma Bishop, Diane Eldridge, Bev Bagnell, Raymond, Ted, Ben, Jack, Walden, Edward and Hardy.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Nigh (late Bob) of Windham Centre, Tom Chipman of Bassano, Alberta, Patricia O'Drowsky (late Paul) of Palmerston, Donald Chipman (Carol) of Waterford and Clayton Chipman (Dee) of Bassano, Alberta.; his grandchildren, Jennifer, James (Kristin), Matthew, Derrek, Darryl (Nicole), Stephen, Colby (Jennifer), Clayton (Kaii), Bailey (Tye), Chad (Hannah), Shawn (Julia), Ryan, Areil (Jared), Robbyne (Kelly), Jessie (Keith) and Nikki (Kyle); his siblings, Helen Chiasson (Hubert) of Nova Scotia and Brian Chipman (Lynn); and his sister-in-law Marie Chipman of Waterloo. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
