He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Lewis and Margaret Lewis; his wife Catherleen Elms; and his friend June Bannister. He is survived by: his daughter Denise Moore; his stepchildren, Arthur Zufelt, Lloyd Zufelt and Jennifer Zufelt; his sibling Gary Curtis; and his friends, Irene Reeder and John Powell.
