It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tina Ida Sietzema (Simcoe, Ontario), who passed away on May 26, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Hendrik Sietzema; and her brother James. She is survived by: her children, Jenny Schollaert (Jerry), Charles Sietzema and Henry Sietzema (Cheryl Lynn); her grandchildren, Johnny, Jennifer, Joanne, Tanya, Henry, Charles, Donald and Kyle; and her brother Edward.
Memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Haldimand-Norfolk would be appreciated.
