He is survived by : his wife Rachel Miller; his children, Irene (Paul), Sheila (Kevin), Richard, Rose, Micki (Wayne), Samuel Jr., Candy (Gary), Andy, John (Erica), Oliver (Ashley), Caroline (Rich), Calvin, Mike Vanevery, Shannon Jamieson and Alsea Hill; his siblings-in-law, Judy Miller and Andy Warner; and his friends, Robert, Patty and Ida. He is also survived by his sisters, brothers, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
