It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Gibbs (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on February 6, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Gibbs; his parents, Raymond Gibbs and Marguerite Gibbs; his daughter Darlene Ladouceur; and his sisters, Betty Ann Forde and Arlene Archambault.
He is survived by: his children, Brian (Diane), Sharon Jarvis (Victor) and Carolyn Maynard (Paul); his grandchildren, Krista, Jill, Stacie, Adam, Christopher, Jamie, Julie, Chantal, Nicole, Crystal, Rosemarie, Stephanie, Natasha and Rachel; and his siblings, Annette Gibbs and Alexis Byer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
As expressions of sympathy donations to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
