He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Brooks and Clara Brooks (Dyke); and his sister Margery Rideout. He is survived by: his spouse Rita Brooks (Albert); his child Marc Brooks (Janice); his grandchildren, Shauna Brooks (Dave Hodge), Jillian Brooks and Derek Brooks (Stephanie Breda); his great grandchild Jaxson; and his sister June Parrish (late Tom).
In remembrance of Art, contributions to the Alzheimer's Society of Lanark County "Day Away Program" or Rideau Veteran's Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated.
