She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Lackey. She is survived by: her children, Kevin (Kelli), Kendra MacDonald (John) and Debbie Macphail; her grandchildren, Cole (Trisha), Kenton (Chiara), Corbyn, Zoe, Jonathan, Benjamin and Grace; and her great grandchildren, Brooke, Kaycee and Asher. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
