It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Ann Botham (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her significant other Hal Botham; her children, Kathy and Barry (Cathy); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Sara), Taylor and Ryan (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Bryson, Leonora, Aidan, Jones and Carson; her brother Sandy (Betty); and her cousins, Lindsay, Keith, Emma, Adam, Katie, Hannah, Tara and Ryan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

As per Carol's request, donations made to the Smiths Falls site of the Smiths Falls and Perth District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
