He was predeceased by: his brother Steven (April). He is survived by: his parents, Robert Hawkins and Donna Hawkins; his son Jacob (Nicole); his grandchildren, Delilah and Baxter; and his brother Corey. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family.
