David Wayne McTavish Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Wayne McTavish (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on June 17, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Cardiff; his stepfather Hubert Cardiff; and his mother-in-law Ruby V. Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his son James; his daughter-in-law Carolynn; his grandchildren, Raija and Katja McTavish; and his siblings-in-law, Janet McCallam (Keith), Carol, Paul Mazerall and Dolores Wilson (late Robert). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews extended family and friends.

Donations in memory of David may be designated to the Chemo Clinic at the Great War Memorial Site of Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital.
