She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Yellen (Hobie) and Margaret Yellen (McDonald). She is survived by: her children, Tori Shea of Saint John, NB and Carter Shea (Caitlin Aldridge) of Ottawa, Ont.; and her sister Mary Yellen (Dave Boldt). She is also survived by friends, neighbours and co-workers as well as a long list of extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blair & Son - Smiths Falls Chapel (112 Beckwith St N, Smiths Falls, ON K7A2C2). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Francis de Sales Church (17 Elmsley St N, Smiths Falls, ON K7A2G6). A burial was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Francis de Sales Cemetery (17 Elmsley St N, Smiths Falls, ON K7A2G6). A reception was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hanley Hall (30 McGill St N, Smiths Falls, ON K7A2J4).
