He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Arnott and Jean Arnott (Fleming); and his siblings, Dorothy Graham (Arthur), Alex Arnott (Mary) and Nelson Arnott (Gladys).

He is survived by: his sister Eileen Graham (late Armour). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
