Douglas Gervais Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Douglas Gervais (Smiths Falls, Ontario). Douglas, born on July 1, 1932 in Hull, Québec, passed away on June 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Desloges; his children, Estelle (Mike Nadon), Dale, Ross (Eileen) and Lisa; his grandchildren, Dwayne (Allie), Dennis (Mandy), Jeffrey, Ryan, Aaron, Justine and Emma; his great grandchildren, Felicity, Sam, Claire and Renesmay; and his sisters, Maureen, Colleen and Audrey. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Doug's memory to the War Amps of Canada or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
