Edward John Chuckmala Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2019, Edward John Chuckmala (Smiths Falls, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Ted Chuckmala (late Julie), Michael Chuckmala (Marlene), Lisa Rogers (Marty) and Crystal Balser (Lloyd); and his sister Wanda Isherwood (Ron). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be greatly appreciated.
