She was predeceased by: her spouse Samuel Addis; her parents, Allison Chapman (Laing) and Alfred Chapman; her brothers, Harold Leppard (Edith Stewart) and Fred Leppard (Ruth); and also Nettie Ryan (late Harold).
A celebration of life will be held at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth on Saturday, May 12th, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. For those who wish, donations to the Great War Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
