Eleanor Janice Sergeant Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor Janice Sergeant (Smiths Falls, Ontario), who passed away on August 18, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert and Kathleen; and her siblings, Betty, Maureen, Archie, Albert, Kenny, Jean, Donna, Winston and Jack.
She is survived by: her husband Otto Sergeant; her daughters, Janice Edmison (Brian) and Colleen Lyons (Tom); her grandchildren, Aaron (Sasha), Zoe (John), Ashton (Jess), Tristan (Sonya) and Ben (Katie); and her brother Arnold Horne (Linda). She is also survived by her sister in-laws, brother in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family.
A funeral service was held on Monday, August 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crawford Cemetery (80 Lavant Mill Rd, McDonalds Corners, ON K0G1M0).
