We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Francis Russell (Smiths Falls, Ontario), born in Victoria, British Columbia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Leslie Jean McNairn; and his brother Norman Russell. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Daphne Russell (Nelms); his sons, Neil and Peter; his daughters-in-law, Mary (Hendry) and Connie (Ogilvie); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Joshua (Martine), Emma and Mackenzie.
The family will share memories at 2:00 P.M. followed by a reception until 4:00 P.M. Those wishing to make a memorial donation in memory of Frank are asked to consider the Alzheimer's Society of Lanark County 'Day Away' Program or the Ottawa Heart Institute.
