He was predeceased by: his sons, Frank Jr. and James; his former wife Grace; and his siblings, Robert West and Joyce West.
He is survived by: his spouse Edith Clark (Kerr); and his children, Cathy Busschaert (Erwin), Patricia Dewit and Janet Engelbrecht (Mark). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, also many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
