He was predeceased by: his partner Gerry Von Der Muelbe; and his parents, Theodor Schmeisser and Gertrude Schmeisser. He is also survived by one cousin, two nephews and three great nephews.
Provincial Covid-19 restrictions require the wearing of masks inside the funeral home with social distancing required by all those not from the same household.
