We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Helen Trainor of Smiths Falls, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband William Edwin "Ed" Trainor. She is survived by : her children, Mark (Micheline), Matt (Anne), Mary Marcum and Alison Trainor (Harry Spring); her grandchildren, Sean, Ryan, Ben, Sarah, Zeb and Kyle; and her great grandchild Mackenzie.

Donations, in Helen's name, to the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County would be greatly appreciated.
