He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Blair and Loretta Blair. He is survived by: his wife Louise Blair; his sons, James (Nicole) and Ian (Anne); his grandchildren, Owen, Felicia, Blake and Dylan; his siblings-in-law, Laura and Paul Moss; his nephew Ryan; and his niece Danielle. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
