Jack Code Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Jack Code (Smiths Falls, Ontario) is shared. Jack, born on September 13, 1942, passed away on October 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Code; and his brother-in-law Jack Nicholson. He is survived by: his close friend Eleanor Hilton; his children, Chris Code (Christine) and Cindy Griffith (Ernie); his grandchildren, Ashley Mornin (David), Amber Pook (Jason), Bethany Code, Justin Code (Cassandra), Mike Code and Jonathan Code (Nikki); his great grandchildren, Fayth, Grace, Cynthia, Jordie, Alex, Morgan, Riley, Jaron, Elijah, Hayden and Amelia; his sister Susan (Glen); his children, Katherine, Shelly, Francis and Steven; and his sister-in-law Rhea. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and many great friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Pentecostal Church (309 County Rd 29, Smiths Falls, ON K7A4S5). A reception will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Bethel Pentecostal Church (301 County Rd 29, Smiths Falls, ON K7A4T4).
