He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nixon and Lottie Nixon (Miller); and his brother Hugh Nixon (Evelyn). He is survived by: his spouse Iris Nixon (Chaplin); his children, Sharon Nixon (Ron Wand), Elias and Milo; his sibling Mary Rathwell (late Jack); his nieces and nephews, Marlene Vlaanderen and Cynthia Rathwell; and his daughters, Sophia and Sonya.
