We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2021, Jessie Reta (Knapp) Read (Smiths Falls, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jessie Reta (Knapp) Read to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Elmer Girling; and her husband Colonel Charles Read. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie and Stacey; her son-in-law David; her grandchildren, Meredith (Shawn), Emma and Daryl (Kira); her stepgrandchildren, Hannah, Sarah, Caellum, Jaiden and Fred; her friends, Ruby, Shirley, Bev, Lois and Betty; and also Kerry (Betty).

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, a scheduled visitation for friends will take place on Saturday, June 5 2021 from 1 PM - 3 PM.

In lieu of flowers, "in Memoriam" donations to CHEO would be appreciated.
