He was predeceased by: his siblings, René, Cécile, Rachel, Alfred, Raymond, Rollande and George; and his parents, Euclide Picard and Blanche Picard (Lebel).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Suzanne, Natalie Deachman (Kerry), Paul (Kara Clarke) and Robert (Caroline Schönstrӧm); his grandchildren, Jessica Norwood (Adam), Stefan Deachman (Mary Kate Duncan), Camille Ferland, Laura, Kayla, Emily, Axel and Emilia; his great grandchildren, Owen, Eli and Weston; and his sisters-in-law, Elsie, Donna (Randy), Mae (Henry), Sheila and Lise.
